Current Mission in Focus
Help us provide emergency food, shelter and essential supplies to communities affected by flooding in Nepal. Shekinah House is raising funds in direct support of Bhikkhu Sadhana Sthal, a monastic and community centre in Thakre-3, Dhading District, approximately 36 km from Kathmandu.

Shekinah House is a social impact mission dedicated to helping people and communities heal, grow and create meaningful change.
Through our digital resource hub, seasonal initiatives that reinvest in social good, and opportunities for our community to participate in focused humanitarian missions, Shekinah House exists to champion purpose, creativity, collaboration and impact for human good.
At its core, Shekinah House creates pathways for people — particularly women, creatives and communities navigating change — to pursue meaningful work, connection and opportunity. We foster spaces for learning and creativity, build resources that support personal and professional growth, and mobilise our community around causes where we can make a tangible difference.
One project, one resource and one relationship at a time, our aim is to turn individual growth into collective impact. Each year, Shekinah House also commits to focused humanitarian causes under the direction of Founder, S. Jo-Anne.

Seasonally, we launch an e-commerce store that partners with a charity. Offerings sold reinvest in social impact causes.

S. Jo-Anne is a published author and frequently releases both writing and resources for career women and creatives, focusing deeply on her humanitarian work and reflections.
2025 Charity Partner Highlight: IT’S NOT OK Project, the She Rescue Home in Cambodia
If you supported Shekinah House in 2025 by buying any of our book boxes or a copy of Anthologia Issue 2 from our online seasonal store, you also supported the incredible humanitarian work that INO is doing in Cambodia for girls who have been trafficked. We were proud to showcase their handcrafted merchandise as part of our offering for season 1.
In 2025, INO Projects supported 6 girls testfying in court, and ALL of their perpetrators were jailed. You can read more about our charity partnership with INO below.
